ELECTRIC UTILITIES
Visual Inspections - We use a visible light camera to detect specific issues and inspect assets in hard-to-reach locations. During previous transmission and distribution inspections we use this type of camera to inspect attachments, switches, colder keys, insulators, and more.
Thermal Imaging - We have commonly used drones with a thermal sensor to inspect transmission and distribution lines. We check for hotspots on sections of line around the pole, transformer, switches, and splices. We have also used thermal imaging to detect gas leaks and damaged or dysfunctional solar panels.
Disaster Response - Our professional team of pilots are on the ready to perform various inspections and other drone services to assist in disaster relief.
